Crossways Farm, at Abinger in Surrey, is a historic farmhouse that has captured people’s imagination since at least the middle of the 19th Century when George Meredith, inspired by the house, took its name for his most famous novel, Diana of the Crossways.
We are open at weekends during the months of June, July, August and September for guided historical tours of the house and farm buildings. The cost per person of £12 includes tea or coffee and cake.
Visits by appointment only.
More information about the house’s history is here.
Please contact contact@abinger.com if you’d like to book a visit.
